These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StylefyRoom (the "Service") provided by StylefyRoom ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Your account

You need an account to use most features. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use StylefyRoom.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the images you generate. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely so we can operate the Service for you. You're responsible for having the rights to any photos you upload.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
• Don't use the Service to create content that is illegal, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or access non-public areas of the Service.
• Don't use the Service to train competing AI models without our written permission.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew on the cycle you choose. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Generated images

AI-generated outputs are produced from the inputs you provide and may not always be accurate or suitable for every use. You're responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for commercial, real-estate, or contractual contexts.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content (other than your content), is owned by StylefyRoom and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if your use creates risk for us or other users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StylefyRoom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll let you know through the Service or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
